Tunecan is made by Fractelle Inc. This policy explains how the Tunecan app and website handle information.
Information in the app
During onboarding, Tunecan asks for a first name or nickname, an age range, learning preferences, and a daily activity goal. The app also saves play progress, including scores, stars, feathers, streaks, and completed activities.
This information is stored only on the device using Apple’s local storage. It is not transmitted to Fractelle Inc. or third parties.
Data collection and tracking
Tunecan does not collect or transmit personal information from the app. It does not use advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technologies, child accounts, or chat.
The Tunecan website
The website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If you choose to contact us by email, your email provider and ours process the information you voluntarily include so we can respond.
Purchases
If purchases are offered, Apple processes them through the App Store. Fractelle Inc. does not receive payment-card details.
Removing information
Because Tunecan’s app information stays on the device, it can be removed by deleting the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Tunecan changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above.
