Tunecan is made by Fractelle Inc. This policy explains how the Tunecan app and website handle information.
Information in the app
During onboarding, Tunecan asks for a first name or nickname, an age range, learning preferences, and a daily activity goal. The app also saves play progress, including scores, stars, feathers, streaks, and completed activities.
This information is stored only on the device using Apple’s local storage. It is not included when a grown-up sends feedback and is not otherwise transmitted to Fractelle Inc. or third parties.
Data collection and tracking
Tunecan does not use advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technologies, child accounts, or chat. It does not collect the child’s profile, learning preferences, or play progress.
A grown-up can optionally submit private feedback inside the protected Parent Space, either while rating the app or from the dedicated Send Feedback option. If submitted, Tunecan sends the written message, any selected rating, optional reply email, app version, locale, and submission time to Fractelle’s feedback service. We use this information only to provide customer support and improve the app. We do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Cloudflare processes and stores submitted feedback on our behalf, and Google Workspace processes the notification sent to our support address. Feedback is retained for up to 90 days. If the device is offline, an unsent message remains in Tunecan’s private local storage until the app can retry it.
The Tunecan website
The website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If you choose to contact us by email, your email provider and ours process the information you voluntarily include so we can respond.
Purchases
A grown-up can purchase monthly, yearly, or lifetime Tunecan access through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the transaction and payment information. Fractelle Inc. does not receive payment-card details. The app checks Apple’s StoreKit entitlement information to decide whether the full song library is unlocked.
Removing information
Local profile and progress information can be removed by deleting the app. To request deletion of submitted feedback before its 90-day retention period ends, email hello@tunecan.com from the reply address included with the submission, if one was provided.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Tunecan changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above.
