Email supportThe practical details
What devices does Tunecan support?
Tunecan is launching on iPhone first. An Android version is planned, but it is not available yet.
Does Tunecan require an account?
No. A child can use Tunecan without creating an account or sharing an email address.
Where is my child’s progress stored?
Names, preferences, scores, stars, feathers, streaks, and completed activities are stored locally on the device.
Why can’t I hear the song?
Check the device volume, Silent Mode, and any connected Bluetooth headphones or speakers. Close and reopen the song if audio was rerouted while the game was open.
How do I enter the parent area?
Open the Parents tab and solve the short grown-up math check. The area locks again after you leave it.
How do I remove locally saved information?
Deleting Tunecan removes its locally stored onboarding choices and play progress from that device.
Does Tunecan contain ads or outside links?
No third-party advertising appears in the app. Parent-facing information and support links are kept inside the protected grown-up area.
Still need a hand?
Include your device model and a short description of what happened. Please do not send a child’s full name or other personal details.
